The Costa Brava Girona CVB and the Girona City Convention Bureau are supported by and works together with local convention offices and businesses, as well as with over 140 of the region’s meeting and event tourism companies.
The CBGCB and the GCCB provides conference organisers and associations the following services:
- Impartial and free advice on choosing the best location for the conference, professional seminar or event.
- Help with finding the perfect venue for the event, along with complementary activities and other services
- Organisation and help with inspection visits.
- Suggestions on organising social programmes for conference delegates and their travel companions.
- Support in drawing up and presenting candidatures for holding conferences and events
- Liaising with associated companies and with local bodies and institutions.
- Distribution of sightseeing material among delegates.
- Discounts and special rates on transport and other services.
