We are able to design and propose specifically tailored solutions which can be used from one association to the other: the technological solutions we design and think for one association is immediately offered to our other clients. This helps us to guarantee a continuously safe and an efficient back-up. Association Client Projects

	European Society of Cardiology
	Examinations for 7 sub-specialties (& their Congresses to provide IT/AV services)
	The goal was to move the association’s exams on electronic devices (iPads) to stop using paper and data projectors (to reach equal exam conditions’ quality). The solution covers: creation/selection of the questions, validation of the questionnaire by the association, publication in the software solution for delivery, onsite management (candidates, equipment, etc.) and the export of the results.

	European Society of Intensive Care Medicine
	LIVES congress 2018
	We provide the following services: a preview room dedicated to the speakers, a moderator interface valuing the chairman’s role, a consultation zone to access the media library and watch all the ESICM’s content, an ePoster corner to enhance the moderated poster sessions and a room note application providing additional services to the audience (Q&A, noting, voting).

	European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery
	Annual meetings
	The services we provide to EACTS (4000 members) is growing: we started the 1st year with preview management, conference recording, then we implemented a media library for their annual congress and academies’ training content. This year, EACTS chose our abstract reviewing and selection tool and programme building applications for the +900 conferences held at their congress.

	We provide the following services: a preview room dedicated to the speakers, the equipment of 20 rooms, a voting functionality in 11 rooms, a moderator interface, the recording of 208 sessions, a media library to watch every congress’ recordings, a room info monitor functionality to display the programme, a video wall & 3 Twitter screens designs and 9 live streaming.
