Postillion Hotels is a Dutch Hotel chain with 8 hotels and convention centers located throughout the Netherlands. The organisation is specialised in hosting meetings, events & congresses. Especially the convention centres in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht Bunnik are very appropriate for the organisation of (large) association events. These locations can welcome up to 2.000 guests in a unique setting with state of the art facilities. Each of the locations has a large plenary area and multiple break out rooms, which makes it possible to run various sub-sessions at the same time.

THE HAGUE

Ideally located next to international train station Hollands Spoor, the venue offers more than 4000 m2 of conference and exhibition space. The flexible plenary room for 1400 delegates and the 30 break out rooms make the convention center a unique addition to the existing conference venues in The Hague. From 2024 the 190 hotel rooms will be ready for use!

UTRECHT

The third venue we’d like to highlight is Postillion Hotel Utrecht Bunnik with its 2,100m2 of convention space. The conference area was renovated over the summer of 2015 and is now totally flexible and can host plenary conventions of up to 1,500 people. This location has 30 conference rooms of various sizes.
