Roche Diagnostics assigned OIC the full organization of its Company Meeting. Since the initial brief, we have identified the logo and created an emotional video. We managed full logistic planning for transportation, accommodation, meeting space and venues.
We were also responsible for the outdoor Team Building (treasure hunt in Taormina, Italy), technology & audio-video services and direction of plenary activities. |

The Congress programme was structured in 4 days, with Plenary Sessions in the mornings and 84 Courses in the afternoons.
OIC provided 100% of the services related to the event, most specifically : full venue management; full technical set-up management of all congress-related rooms and activities; entire management of catering; full management of social events; management, selection and contracting of all subcontractors required for the organization of the event; entire management of accommodation (housing) requirement, including negotiations, booking, release, payment; financial reporting; abstract handling; Set-up and running of the online registration system; management of the registration process; sponsorship & Exhibition Handling;
The most recent technologies have been used such as the interactive Apps which enabled participants to send questions to the speakers and moderators during the sessions, which were recorded and streamed.
OIC is a Long Term partner of the European Glaucoma Society and developed dedicated web-tools for managing participants, the scientific programme and abstracts |
