Intro
First class facilities for a successful congress. Fira Barcelona offers extremely versatile spaces to host congresses, exhibitions and any kind of event. Barcelona Conference Center located in the city centre is equipped to hold congresses up to 2000 delegates while Gran Via Conference Center has a capacity for up to 12.000 attendees. The fact that both centres are adjacent to exhibition fairgrounds respectively makes possible to host up to 30.000 delegates.
Since 2021 the CCIB has been added to our portfolio: two architecturally stunning buildings that are linked together by an underground walkway. With a total floor area of around 100,000 sqm and a maximum capacity of 15,000 representatives, both buildings stand out in terms of their size and the great versatility.

Fira Gran Via has been home of the UEG Week 2015 with a record of 13.200 participants and the congress will take place again in the same premises this coming Autumn.
Fira Barcelona has worked very close with the UEG Week to deliver all possible services involved in a congress from official booth supplier in the exhibition area to av equipment in conference rooms, signage, staff and catering among others. |

The WOC is held every two years in a different region of the world and Barcelona has been chosen for this occasion. |

The annual meeting of the ESH will be hosted in Hall 8 of Fira Gran Via.
We are finalizing all service preparations and giving full support to the Organiser to deliver a successful congress for 4.000 expected delegates.
The flexibility of the space will make possible to have a compact layout ensuring an easy flow of delegates. |
