Association Client Projects

	European Society of Cardiology
	EuroPRevent 2018
	After the Client attended the Conventa Show in Ljubljana, we received the RFP and coordinated the bid with the two proposed venues and other suppliers. Since our city was confirmed, we cooperated in a first visit, promoted Ljubljana at the 2017 congress (delegate boosting) and will assist the Association with counselling and onsite support before and during the event (welcome desk at the venue).

	International Federation of Sports Medicine
	34TH FIMS - International Federation of Sports Medicine Congress
	Dekon Group had to move the congress from Istanbul within a short time frame and GR Ljubljana as a venue had the date available. We supported the PCO to present them the feasibility of the event in Ljubljana (site visit), supported the operations team during visits, advised on special event venues, entertainment, social programmes; provided marketing & promo materials, on-site welcome booth, etc.

	Vascular Access Society
	10th International Congress of the Vascular Access Society – VAS 2017
	The Czech PCO, Guarant Intl., approached us for a first site visit in 2015: possible dates, social event venues, hotels, social programme, etc. CD Congress Centre was the venue. We assisted in a later site visit of the association president and congress chair, an operations team visit, marketing & promo materials, advising on suppliers and solutions, onsite welcome desk, etc.

	EENA 2018 Conference
	Contact at trade show & via the national convention bureau. After receiving the RFP, bid coordination with three potential venues, coordination of site visit in the decision-making process, support in organising a second visit for the Event manager, marketing support prior and onsite support during the event (promo materials, welcome desk at the venue, etc.).
