Intro
Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) is a purpose-built convention centre. A world class venue with a pillar-less hall spanning 6,480 sq m and over a decade of legacy, the facility is managed by AccorHotels, one of the world’s leading hotel operators. Basis requirement, the main hall can be partitioned into six smaller halls. The hall can seat up to 6000 guests at once, and has even hosted events for up to 10000 guests. Additionally, it has 37 breakout rooms spread over 3 levels, which include specialized meeting rooms, speaker preparatory room, boardrooms, VIP lounges, translation booths and more. A reception area with a capacity of up to 500 guests and 16 terminals for registrations is located on the ground level. A 12.5 m high ceiling, roof cat walkers and truss to withhold heavy suspension allows for impressive, larger than life event setups. HICC is connected to Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre - an international business hotel with 287 rooms, equipped with meeting rooms, 4 restaurants, business centre, outdoor swimming pool, full service spa and salon, and a fitness centre.

The ASPA is awarded to a country based on the request of Local Association Member institutes. The Board of Directors of ASPA decide on the same. Plenary room would be for around 250 – 275 pax. Also, they would like to have 02 – 03 break out venues for the congress dates. The entire costing for the event is borne by the institution and money is raised through sponsorship and exhibitions |

The event needs to be sponsored by a local organizing institute which raises funds through partnerships with major telcos |
