Intro

Since Worldspan began delivering events back in 1972, the world has changed, and so have we. We’ve grown from a two person start-up to become a mid-sized agency of talented and passionate people delivering at the top of our game, globally. And now we do so much more than before. From a pure event agency we have grown up to become a full service creative communications agency by integrating best-in-class design, digital and technical solutions to run alongside our core business. It is no surprise that clients come to us for advice on communications, campaigning and community building. In 2022, we’re celebrating 50 years of Worldspan. We have a long history of forward innovation. Now we’re racing into our next 50 years with the experience and energy to help you reach further.

We understand the challenges that membership organisations face in building and maintaining member-led communities and keeping them fully engaged. And so we would like you to meet Communit-Us Live, our not-so-small pandemic project. We built Communit-Us Live because we recognised the need for members to have a single point of entry to a place that they recognise as their digital association home. One digital space for members to meet and share best professional practice. A space created and managed by you, delivered and supported by us. Communit-Us Live is a fully integrated, cloud-based association management solution. Designed around a flexible modular system, it delivers a seamless online experience for members. And free from the complexities and costs of multiple solutions, allows you to create a digital place and space unique to your association and so do more. It’s a fully scalable and customisable solution and you add new modules when the time is right and as your association grows

Association for Medical Education in Europe
AMEE 2017
We have been working with AMEE as their core PCO for over 7 years. Our role incorporates overall project management including financial, delegate, technology (eRegistration and ePosters), commercial and logistics management.
Marine Ingredients Association
Annual Conference 2017
We provided full project management for this event and exhibition in Washington DC. We have worked with IFFO since 2013 and will deliver their 2018 annual conference in Rome.
Society in Europe for Simulation Applied to Medicine
We provide secretariat and full PCO event services for this European society. Our in-house digital team also developed and maintain the Society’s website, which includes membership subscriptions, abstract management, networking, a bespoke event app and eRegistration.
