Intro

Worldspan is an established industry-leading event and experience agency with specialist teams working in the not-for-profit, association and membership body sector. We work across disciplines - including membership management, creative, technical production etc - to help our clients to deliver live, hybrid and virtual event solutions. Whilst we are event generalists, so we are association and not-for-profit experts. We consult to government and multi-stakeholder bodies, including professional, associations and federated societies in our day-to-day work. Worldspan works with clients both as a PCO and AMC to design and deliver congress and conference experiences that, whilst meeting all academic and content-driven goals, also provide sustainable commercial foundations for them to thrive.

Association Client Projects

	Association for Medical Education in Europe
	AMEE 2017
	We have been working with AMEE as their core PCO for over 7 years. Our role incorporates overall project management including financial, delegate, technology (eRegistration and ePosters), commercial and logistics management.

	Society in Europe for Simulation Applied to Medicine
	We provide secretariat and full PCO event services for this European society. Our in-house digital team also developed and maintain the Society’s website, which includes membership subscriptions, abstract management, networking, a bespoke event app and eRegistration.

	Marine Ingredients Association
	Annual Conference 2017
	We provided full project management for this event and exhibition in Washington DC. We have worked with IFFO since 2013 and will deliver their 2018 annual conference in Rome.
