International Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ISUOG)

We have been a long-term partner of ISUOG, assisting in delivering their online education courses and events since 2010. In 2020 and 2021, we provided webcasting services for their Virtual World Congress which was accessed by over 3000 participants from 133 countries. We are currently engaged on numerous online courses, a two day online conference for low-resource countries and an International Symposium for South America.

 

British Pharmacological Society (BPS)

When the pandemic hit in 2020, BPS quickly needed to move their annual flagship event online. This was an ambitious project, with a 5-day multi-track programme, an exhibition area, accademic posters and over 1200 registered attendees. We pre-recorded 200 presentations that were streamed alongside live talks and panel discussions on our fully branded event website. After the success of 2020, we continued to work with BPS on their 2021 Annual Meeting which was successfully completed in September 2021 and we are supporting them with further events in 2022.

 

International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS)

After supporting ISAPS with their online monthly webinar programme, we were chosen as web broadcasting partners for their World Congress in September 2021. A large scale hybrid event, it brought together a hugely complex programme with around half the content being presented live at the conference centre in Vienna and half by remote speakers from around the globe. We have just completed a similar event that was based in Phuket, Thailand. Both these events utilized new technology to minimise the need to transport technical equipment and personnel.

	International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology
	Online event consultancy and provider of live streaming and on demand services
	ISUOG conducted an outreach webcast to allow members and non-members to learn about the latest diagnostic techniques for Zika virus. Available in three languages (English, Portuguese and Spanish) it took place twice, to cater for key time zones. Lectures were pre-recorded and followed by a 30-minute, live Q&A chat session to enable delegates to respond to what they had heard and learnt and to investigate further. In total, 605 comments were made / questions asked.
