The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA) is Scotland’s brand new events venue. Opening Summer 2019, the £333 million development, being delivered by Aberdeen City Council in partnership with Henry Boot Developments, replaces Aberdeen Exhibition Conference and Center (AECC) with 48,000 square meters of multi-purpose event space including, seven conference suites, three exhibition halls, nine meetings rooms, a superior 12,500 capacity arena, luxurious hospitality suites and a high-end 150 cover restaurant.
The development comprises of two on site hotels, the adjoining 4-star Hilton with 200 bedrooms and the Aloft Hotel with 150 bedrooms, just a two minute walk from the venue.
With unrivaled public transport connections, TECA is located next to Aberdeen International Airport, the UK’s most connected regional airport, just minutes from the city’s new western peripheral route, and in prime position for rail links between Aberdeen and the North of Scotland.
