Stockholmsmässan, easily accessed by commuter train from the city centre and airport, is the largest conference and exhibition centre in Sweden. The venue has four exhibition halls (total of 70 000 sqm) and three conference areas with a total of 76 meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology.
Stockholmsmässan is a full-service venue, offering anything from design, stand construction and advanced AV equipment to branding packages and hostesses. Our efficient Wi-Fi network, covering all areas of the venue, allows for more than 10 000 delegates to be online at high speed.
Stockholmsmässan is determined to to contribute to a more sustainable meetings industry. Our sustainability policy includes three areas: Sustainable Community, Sustainable Environment and Sustainable Innovation.

Our goal is an equal, diverse, accessible and including environment with committed employees and world-class service. Stockholmsmässan continuously work to reduce usage of new material, increase reuse and generate less waste. We have energy saving systems with on-demand control and our cleaning/ waste management supplier is ISO 14001 certified. Furthermore, we work to reduce CO2 emissions and our carbon footprint through actions in all areas of our operations, step by step. On the roof of our venue, a number of beehives contribute to diversity in our green surroundings and produce honey that we give to our clients.
Stockholmsmässan encourages an innovative business environment, cooperating with suppliers who share our values. We develop new systems and models to improve sustainability, such as the Roboplotter that marks stand corners, saving us and our clients many hours of work. In 2018, the Roboplotter received the UFI Operations & Services Award.
Right now, Stockholmsmässan is in the process of obtaining an ISO 20121 certificate, an international sustainability standard that was first introduced at the London Summer Olympic Games in London.
