New, Better and Different
Organizers can take advantage of a range of funding opportunities, depending on the scheduled dates for their event. The Vienna Meeting Fund 2022-2024 is aimed at organizers of (association) congresses and corporate events who are planning to organize meetings in Vienna between 2022 and 2024.
The Vienna Convention Fund 2025+ will offer funding for congresses (scheduled to take place in and after 2025). Both funds are designed to provide assistance with costs incurred when hosting events in Vienna.

Meeting Destination Vienna is conveniently located in the very heart of central Europe, within 2 to 3 hours by air from most European capitals. The Vienna airport is only 20 minutes away from the city center.
At the same time, Vienna remains compact and full of variety. Three conference centers for up to 30,000 delegates close to the city center as well as more than 200 impressive locations and meeting hotels – from historic to contemporary – await meeting planners in Vienna. In addition, the city has 350 hotels with over 32,000 rooms to suit all tastes and budgets to choose from.
