Located in the heart of the UK at the University of Warwick, Warwick Conferences operates four flexible conference, meeting and event venues on the outskirts of Coventry. Our central location makes us easily accessible, whether it be by air, road or rail. The region also has a rich heritage of academic and industry excellence. We offer a vast range of meeting facilities for 2 - 1,200 delegates – ideal for special interest and congress size events. With a range of spaces to choose from, you can host your event in a tiered lecture theatre environment or in one of our creative meeting spaces for a more informal environment

New, Better and Different

Our FAB building has unique architecture along with a rooftop terrace for an intimate drinks reception with panoramic views across the campus and countryside. We've recently re-development Warwick Arts Centre, creating modern spaces for delegates to Imagine, Experience and Achieve their events. We offer live event support with an experienced team to help deliver a high energy event, accessible to those attending in person and remotel.

A unique benefit of being part of one of the UK’s leading academic institutions is the access to the University of Warwick’s central campus venues during the Easter and summer vacation. With leading venues such as the Warwick Arts Centre (1200 capacity),  Oculus and Faculty of Arts building, the possibilities are endless.  Our dedicated team love to create special memorable experiences for our clients and their delegates.

Our exclusive use venue, The Slate is a flexible fully open, flat space that can be personalised in any way. For larger events up to 1,200, Warwick Conferences uses the eclectic and extraordinary spaces available within the University of Warwick itself - including one of the largest Arts Centres outside of London.  The Warwick Arts Centre consists of world-class venues and spaces at the heart of the University of Warwick campus. 

We can also enhance any conference, exhibition and live event with a full range of event production services. Including: event theming and bespoke staging, audio visual technicians, live event recording and streaming and onsite technical support.

We offer bespoke weekend packages, tailored to your budget. There’s plenty for your delegates to do throughout their stay too. Set within 700 acres of rural parkland and surrounded by lakes and relaxing outdoor spaces, the university campus also offers a wide range of bars, cafes, restaurants, as well as a comprehensive collection of sports facilities, including swimming, gym, climbing wall, squash and tennis. There is also plenty waiting to be explored close to our central location, including the historic towns of Stratford –upon-Avon and Warwick.

	Royal Society of Biology
	Host Venue
	In partnership with Royal Society of Biology, School of Life Sciences, Warwick Conferences supported the generation of the bid to host the conference. Awarded more than 12 months out, a Warwick Conferences representative attended the 2015 conference in Denmark to experience and oversee the delivery. Warwick Conferences deliver the provision of meeting venues, academic spaces, complex catering for an international delegation from different cultures, with a selection of on-site accommodation options, along with pre-event management and on-site conference support.

	Associated Country Women of the World
	Host Venue
	This event had a heavy focus on the plenary sessions, social and networking programme, which was very different from what we had previously worked on. The international cultures and mature delegation required us to approach this event very differently. We successfully altered our service and approach accordingly. A Warwick Conferences representative attended the 2015 conference in India to experience and oversee the delivery.

	Host Venue
	In partnership with Faculty of Arts, Warwick Arts Centre at University of Warwick, Warwick Conferences supported the delivery of a complex conference programme. Warwick Conferences formed part of the conference committee providing guidance during the pre-conference planning. We also provided the provision of meeting venues, an extensive catering offer, varying standards of onsite accommodation options, pre event management and on site conference support.
